Dear Posta.ro Users,

thank you for using the new Version of Posta.ro released December 2014!

We made many improvements to our service new free domains and simplified access to our premium VIP Domains for you.

Your account w. the previous version of Posta.ro has automatically been transferred with all addresses, aliases mails and data until October 2014 to the new system. Accounts that have not been used/accessed in more then one year or not been activated have been removed. If this affects you and you had data on the old system you want to access, you can still log in at http://old.posta.ro to retrieve old mails and data until January 31st, 2015. You cannot send or receive email from the old system anymore though. old.posta.ro will be switched off definitely and terminally in February 1st 2015. You are of course invited to register you previous address again with our new system and optionally buy a V.I.P. account for only 0,99ct per month.

Posta.ro is entirely hosted on servers in Europe - we do not share data w. or allow access to your data by the NSA or any other "agency" of any nation.

Posta.ro Program Policies

The policies listed below play an important role in maintaining a positive experience for everyone using Posta.ro. Be sure to check back from time to time, as these policies may change.

Spam, Malware and Phishing

Please keep Posta.ro free of spam. Some examples of spam or spammy behavior include:

• sending unsolicited or unwanted email;
• sending email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or other anti-spam laws;
• selling, exchanging or distributing the email addresses of any person without their consent;
• using Posta.ro to conduct fraudulent schemes or otherwise defraud users;
• sending unauthorized mail via open, third-party servers.

Don’t use Posta.ro to distribute malware such as viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or any other such items of a destructive or deceptive nature.

Don’t use Posta.ro for phishing. In other words, don’t attempt to acquire other users’ data such as passwords, financial details, and government identification numbers under false pretences.

Child Safety

Posta.ro has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse imagery. If we become aware of such content, we will report it to the appropriate authorities and may take disciplinary action, including termination, against the Posta.ro Accounts of those involved.

Copyright

Respect copyright laws. Don’t infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, (including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, and other proprietary rights), or encourage or induce infringement of intellectual property rights.

Harassment

Don’t use Posta.ro to harass others. Posta.ro may investigate and act upon harassment complaints. Online harassment is also illegal in many places and can have serious offline consequences.

Illegal Activity

Keep it legal. Don’t use Posta.ro to engage in unlawful activities.

Policy Enforcement

Posta.ro will disable accounts that are found to be in violation of these policies.
